Tools your AI can use

Inoh exposes a focused set of tools for searching the shared dictionary, managing your deck, making cards of your own, reviewing, and more.

Public dictionary

The dictionary everyone shares

search_dictionary

Search every word you could add: the public Inoh dictionary plus the cards you made yourself.

“Look up runway in Inoh, in the startup-finance sense.”

request_public_card

Suggest a missing word for the public dictionary. A person reviews it, so expect days rather than a minute, and it costs none of your private-card allowance.

“Inoh is missing enshittification. Suggest it for the public dictionary.”

Deck

The words you are learning

search_deck

Search the words already in your decks, to see whether you have one before adding it.

“Do I already have tangent in my Inoh deck?”

add_card_to_deck

Add an existing public or private dictionary card to one of your decks.

“Add serendipity to my Inoh deck.”

remove_card_from_deck

Stop reviewing a card without deleting the underlying dictionary entry.

“Take banyan out of my Inoh deck.”

Private dictionary

Cards you make for yourself

create_private_card

Generate a complete flashcard for a specific word and sense, visible only to you, ready in about a minute.

“Make an Inoh card for runway meaning months of cash.”

check_card_status

Check how a card you asked for is coming along, whether it is a private card or a word you suggested for the public dictionary.

“Is my platitudinous card ready in Inoh yet?”

update_private_card

Regenerate a private card in place while preserving its review progress.

“Redo my Inoh card for moat in the business sense.”

delete_private_card

Permanent

Permanently delete a private card and its generated media.

“Delete the moat card I made in Inoh.”

Account

Check the connection

check_account

Show which Inoh account authorized the current MCP connection.

“Which Inoh account am I signed in as?”
